Please note we will be closed for staff training from 3pm on the 31st October 2017

As of Friday 8th September 17 we are temporarily closing our list.  Other practices in the area are still accepting new patients - ask at reception for details - thank you.

IT'S TIME FOR YOUR FLU VACCINATION

If you are 65 and over, or you are in one of the chronic disease risk groups you are entitled to your free flu vaccination.   If you have an appointment booked  with a GP or Nurse, please ask at the time of your appointment for your vaccination - they will be happy to help - thank you

Please have a look at this video on YouTube which will help you find the right local health advice or treatment when you or a loved one feels unwell.

Get Well, Keep Well

We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.

Access

Our Church Lane surgery is purpose built with disabled access to all rooms, and a number of disabled driver car park spaces

There is reserved parking for the disabled and ramps for wheelchairs at Goldington Road. The patients' toilet is downstairs and has been adapted as far as possible to help those using a wheelchair.

Patients having appointments at Goldington Road to see doctors who normally consult upstairs can always have a room made available on the ground floor, preferably by prior arrangement.

Parking

If you have parked your car in a council pay and display bay, please ensure you allow sufficient time for your appointment when paying for your ticket. Even when everything is running to time it would be difficult to guarantee your return to your car within 30 minutes. Thank you.

Parking is only available for disabled patients and staff at Goldington Road.
