Appointments with the  Doctor or Nurse

Consultation Times

Surgeries are held each weekday between 8.00 – 11.40 am and 2.00 – 5.50pm, although all doctors are not available at all times. Drs Butlin, Murphy and Hofmeister are not full time partners.

EXTENDED OPENING HOURS

We are now offering appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday until 8pm, and also 9am - 12 noon on Saturday mornings.

During these hours patients can pre-book for routine appointments with both the doctors and nurses.

Appointments

All consultations, including those considered urgent, are by appointment and may be booked by telephoning or attending the surgery.

The surgery reception is open from 8am – 6.30pm.

50% of our appointments are available to be booked in advance, in many cases up to 12 months ahead, some at the request the doctor, for clinical follow ups, and some at patients request. The remaining appointments become available each morning for booking that day and the following morning.

Telephone Consultations

All the doctors offer telephone consultations at the end of their morning surgeries. If you would like to take advantage of this, please ask the receptionist to add your name to the doctor’s list.

Availability of Doctors

Appointments may be made with or visits undertaken by any of the partners and their assistants who are available. If you require a consultation with particular doctor you may have to book ahead.
