CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
After receiving comments on the recent Patient Survey, we are
slightly modifying our appointments system in order to allow our
patients to plan ahead. This change will begin on Monday 30 April
2007.
When you now ring at 8.00am, the appointments for that afternoon AND
the next morning will be available. As always, you will still be
able to book appointments further in advance, subject to
availability.
We are always looking at ways to try to improve our service for our
patients, and hope you find the amended appointments system more
flexible and easier to use.
If you would like more information regarding these changes, our
receptionists will be happy to clarify the situation for you.
