Patient Participation Group

We are in the process of setting up our own patient participation group. It works with the practice and involves patients in its running, so that their concerns and recommendations are taken into account, especially when changes to local primary care services are proposed.

It also means being involved with monitoring services at the practice itself - such as the auto check-in, the appointments system, and how to obtain your test results; helping with the annual General Practice Assessment Questionnaire, and then making recommendations on the outcomes.
