Patient Reference Group

The Patient Reference Group had a very successful second meeting Monday 09/01/12. Small changes have already been introduced in the surgery as a result of suggestions and the group have produced a patient survey which is available from reception or via the web site HERE.

Join our Virtual Group

The PRG still need patients to joint the virtual group which will function via email. Please get in touch if you can spare a little time every now and then to help improve our service to you.

The patient reference group works with the practice and involves patients in its running, so that their concerns and recommendations are taken into account, especially when changes to local primary care services are proposed.

It also means being involved with monitoring services at the practice itself - such as the auto check-in, the appointments system, and how to obtain your test results; helping with the annual General Practice Assessment Questionnaire, and then making recommendations on the outcomes.
