Violent or Abusive Patients

This practice supports the “Zero Tolerance” campaign for Health Service Staff, and will not accept verbal or physical abuse towards our Doctors or staff.

Any reported incidents may result in the offending patient being removed from the Practice list and placed on the safe treatment scheme which operates in Luton.
